§ 18-41. Order to correct violations.

It shall be the duty of the municipal inspector whenever he finds a violation of this article to report the same in writing to the mayor and city council who shall notify the person reported to correct the condition complained of within a reasonable time, and if such correction is not made within the reasonable time specified then such person shall be held in violation of the provisions of this article and subject to the penalties prescribed therefor.
