Article II. COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND TRASH |
§ 22-33. Definitions.
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Garbage means any solid waste including household waste, food scraps, table refuse, spoiled fruits, vegetables, and animal products; or other waste materials produced from the preparation, serving, sale or distribution of food.
Garbage can means any can or container manufactured for the purpose of holding garbage.
