§ 22-34. Garbage containers to be provided.

All owners or occupants of dwellings and business places where garbage accumulates are required to provide and have on hand at least one garbage can. When the city authorities determine that more than one garbage can is necessary to adequately take care of the garbage, then a sufficient number shall be provided by the garbage customer.
