§ 22-50. Due date, payment of collection charges.

The charges for collection of garbage, trash and refuse as provided for in this article shall be due and payable monthly on or before the tenth day of the month following the month in which such service was rendered and shall be billed and collected monthly in the same manner and upon the same statements as charged for water and gas are billed and collected.
