§ 2-3. City seal; adoption, description, use.

The mayor shall obtain a city seal which shall state therein: "Seal of Mayor and City Council of the City of Patterson." Said seal, hereby declared and established as the official seal of the city, shall be used by the city clerk to seal all papers issued by the mayor.
