§ 38-29. Billing, collection of charges for natural gas service.

Latest version.

Bills for natural gas service shall be rendered at the net rates provided for in section 38-27 and shall be due and payable before the 25th of the month in which the bill was rendered. When not so paid the net rate plus an additional ten percent thereof shall be payable.
