§ 38-30. Disconnection, reconnection of natural gas service.

In the event a charge for natural gas service is not paid by the consumer, service shall be disconnected, and a charge in an amount as established by the mayor and city council from time to time shall be paid prior to reconnection of such service. Said sum shall cover both water and gas reconnections if both have been disconnected by reason of the delinquency of the consumer.
