§ 38-67. Waste of water.

Latest version.

The following abuses are prohibited:
(1)

Permitting leaks or unnecessary waste of water.

(2)

Allowing water to run off the premises paid for, for the benefit of others.

(3)

Any wasteful or unauthorized use of water.
