§ 38-153. Customer noncompliance.
The water service may be discontinued in the case of noncompliance with this division. Noncompliance includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(1)
Refusal to allow the administrative authority or water purveyor access to the property to inspect for cross connection.
(2)
Removal of a backflow prevention assembly or method which has been required by the administrative authority.
(3)
Bypassing of a backflow prevention assembly or method which has been required by the administrative authority.
(4)
Providing inadequate backflow prevention when potential or actual cross connections exist.
(5)
Failure to install a backflow prevention assembly or method which has been required by the administrative authority.
(6)
Failure to test or properly repair a backflow prevention assembly or method as required by the administrative authority.
(7)
Failure to comply with the requirements of this division.
