§ 38-154. Penalty for violation.

Apart from any other penalties or sanctions imposed by local or state laws, any person found guilty of violating any provision of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with section 1-9. Each day that a violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
