§ 6-2. Fowl prohibited at large.

Chickens, ducks, geese and other fowl are hereby declared public nuisances when running at large in any part of the city or upon the premises of persons other than their owners; and it shall be unlawful for the owners of chickens or other fowl to permit them to run at large as herein specified.
