§ 6-3. Driving, chasing cattle through streets.

  • Driving or chasing cattle through the streets of the city in such manner as to cause a cessation of business, or to interfere in any manner with same, or to endanger the safety of the inhabitants using the public streets of the city, is hereby declared to be unlawful; and every contravention or violation of this section shall subject the person so offending to the penalties prescribed in section 1-9.
