§ 6-46. Violations and penalties.

All owners, custodians or keepers of dogs who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined in accordance with section 1-9.
