§ 8-215. Authority of home owner to do his own plumbing work.

  • A plumbing permit may be issued to a home owner to install or alter plumbing on a single-family residence, provided the home owner does the work himself and that the building is owned and occupied by the owner as his home. All such work shall meet the plumbing code requirements.
