§ 8-216. Cutting into plumbing, drainage.

No person shall break, cut into, disarrange or interfere in any manner with any plumbing or sewer drainage apparatus whatsoever located inside or outside of any building within the areas in which the plumbing code applies, without due notice to the plumbing inspector who shall direct that the necessary alterations in the plumbing and sewer drainage be done in accordance with this article and the plumbing code.
