§ 38-184. Sewerage district constituted public corporation, political subdivision.

The sewerage district created in section 38-182 shall constitute a public corporation and political subdivision of the state and shall have all the rights, powers and privileges granted and conferred by the constitution and statutes of the state to such corporations, including the authority to incur debt, issue bonds and levy taxes and assessments.
